Device Stock Tracker checks public Apple Store pickup availability for supported iPhone models in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France and Japan. Mac and iPad checks can be enabled by the service administrator. You can browse without an account. Sign-in is needed to save and manage private alerts.

Browsing and searches

We process your chosen product, configuration and postal code to find nearby stores. Inventory results are shared between matching searches; account details are never included in those results. A random browser cookie limits requests and expires after 30 days. Recent searches are saved in your browser’s local storage until you clear site data. We do not request precise location access.

Store map links

Store titles open Google Maps only when you select them. The store address and country are included in the map search. We do not load a Maps SDK or send your precise location.

Google and email sign-in

Authentication uses Better Auth on our Azure service. Choose Google or a code sent to your email. Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, files or your postal address, and we never receive your Google password. Your verified account identifier keeps alerts separate from other accounts. Linked-provider credentials are encrypted in our authentication database and are not used for stock checks. Email sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and have limited attempts. Session cookies are private, expire after 12 hours and can be revoked by signing out or deleting your account.

Saved alerts and email

We store selected configurations and stores, alert preferences, stock-change events and delivery records. A verified Google or email-code sign-in enables stock emails by default. Pause individual alerts or all stock emails in Account. Changing the delivery address needs a separate code, valid for 15 minutes and bound to your account. Encrypted code payloads are cleared after provider acceptance or expiry, and temporary mail records are removed after one day. Delivery records help prevent duplicates and handle bounces and unsubscribes.

Service providers and security

The service uses Microsoft Azure for hosting, database storage, authentication and email. Google processes Google sign-in. Apple receives the product and location information needed for inventory requests, without your app account identifier or email address. These providers process information under their own policies. We use encrypted connections, protected sessions and account-scoped database access. We do not sell personal information, run advertising trackers or add product analytics.

Retention and deletion

Account records are kept while your account is active. Delete my account in Account removes the app account, authentication sessions, linked-provider records, alerts, events and email records. Your separate Google account is not deleted. Encrypted database backups may retain deleted records for up to seven days. Operational logs are configured for 30 days. Browser search history remains until you clear site data. We may retain records needed for security or legal obligations.

Your controls

You can browse without signing in, pause or remove alerts, disable email and delete your app account. Email unsubscribe links stop stock email without requiring login. To remove a Google authorization, use your Google Account’s third-party connections controls. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information.
